BALL SCREWS
We specialize in complete rebuilding and reconditioning of all types of ball screw and nut assemblies. Our rebuilding process includes precision lapped polishing and the use of (25) chrome steel balls. Tolerances are +/- .0004 per linear foot repeatability.
Normal repair time is 10 to 12 working days. A (72) hour crash program is available at an added cost of 18% above normal charges. 12 Month in-use warranty.
Warranty doesn’t start until you install equipment.

Rebuilding of chucks can include regrinding I.D. bores and rechroming all dimensions back to factory spec re-timing of jaws, rebuilding wedge actuating sleeve rechromed, piston rebuilding, valve repairs or replacement and resealing and complete testing. Total spindle rebuilding, precision regrinding and rechroming of bearing areas and I.D. taper concentric within +/- .0003. AP Machine is your one stop shop for total machine tool and component parts rebuilding on all types of CNC and conventional machinery. Equipment that is thought unserviceable or scrap should not be discarded. Our team has the capabilities to restore equipment back to tolerances and specs with quick turn around time and cost savings to you.
